Terms and Conditions

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. However, we prefer payment in cash upon the arrival.
• Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro/Master Card
• Please note that the payment is made at the apartment in Croatian Kuna (HRK) based on the current exchange rate on the day of payment (if it is payment by card).
• VAT is included
• City tax will be paid at the apartment.
• Should you wish to change an existing reservation, please contact us at info@apartmentsbanovac.com
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contains or is result of a mistake or an bad job.
